A moment we’re still holding close.

In collaboration with INFINITEA, Anxious for Nothing brought us together for an evening rooted in honesty, care, and conversation. We had the joy of honoring Andrea Patterson (@andrealavonne)— artist, visionary, and a beautiful reminder of what it means to prepare in the quiet seasons.

Through movement, Amanda Hunt (@nalasoul | @yawdiepilates) guided us into our bodies, reminding us of the power of presence and empowerment through motion. INFINITEA founder Camille Upshaw (@cmillieee) led us through a grounding breathwork session, creating space for stillness and release.

Thank you to everyone who shared space with us, and to our gifting sponsors, Truce (@trucebysh) and The Lip Bar (@thelipbar), for helping us care for our community with intention.

Breathe & Be Heard: Artists and Wellness Gathering is a free, full-body community experience where the healing power of breathwork and the raw electricity of live artistic performance exist not as separate worlds, but as one. The room is designed to hold all of you — from the parts you share easily to the parts you have been quietly carrying alone.

The afternoon is all about intention. Guided breathwork sessions anchor you in your body and clear the noise that follows most of us through the door. Live performances remind you what it sounds like when someone decides to stop swallowing their truth. And in the space between breath and story, something remarkable tends to happen: you remember who you are.
