Unlike your ex, SPF is a commitment. 👻 And unlike most mineral sunscreens, this one won’t leave you looking like a ghost. FACEBRELLA™ SPF 30 — 100% mineral, zero ghostly white cast. by @shopmamasol
The best SPF routine is the one you’ll actually stick to ☀️ Sun exposure doesn’t only happen at the beach. UVA rays are present year-round, which is why daily sunscreen is one of the most important habits you can build for protecting your skin from sun damage and premature signs of aging. And the easiest way to stay consistent? Make SPF part of the routine you already have. That’s why we created Mama Sol to fit seamlessly into your everyday skincare and beauty routine, with mineral SPF for your face, tinted coverage, the delicate eye area and your lips. Facebrella SPF 30 → Facebrella Tints SPF 45 → Eyebrella SPF 45 → Lipbrella SPF 20 Because sunscreen shouldn’t feel like an extra step you only remember in the summer. It should be an everyday ritual. by @shopmamasol
One of my favorite parts of building Mama Sol has been meeting so many incredible women who are building something of their own. So I want to find more of you. Tag yourself, a female-owned business you love, or a woman you think deserves a little extra visibility in the comments 👇 Let’s turn the comments into a place to discover and support more women in business. by @shopmamasol
Starting a sunscreen company has only made me MORE opinionated about SPF 😂☀️ The biggest thing I’ve learned? Sun protection shouldn’t feel like a chore or something you only remember when you’re heading to the beach. I believe SPF should fit into your everyday routine. It should work with your makeup. It should feel beautiful on your skin. And it should be something you actually look forward to putting on every morning. That philosophy is a huge part of why I created Mama Sol and why we’ve continued expanding beyond traditional face sunscreen into tinted mineral SPF, eye products and lip protection 💜 by @shopmamasol

Some days I feel like I’m absolutely crushing it. Other days I’m answering emails from the school pickup line, eating whatever my kids didn’t finish for lunch, and realizing the “quick thing” I sat down to do three hours ago somehow turned into 27 more things. Being a mom and building a company at the same time is honestly unhinged 😂 There is ALWAYS someone who needs me. A kid needs something. Someone from work needs something. There’s a school email I forgot to respond to, a meeting I’m probably two minutes late for, and a to-do list that seems to actually reproduce overnight. And the crazy part is—I love it. I love being a mom more than anything, and I genuinely love building Mama Sol. I chose this. But can we also admit that trying to give 100% to both at the same time is basically impossible? Some days I’m on fire. Other days I’m fighting for my actual life and calling it “balance.” 😂 I drop balls. I forget things. I lose my patience. I feel guilty that I’m working when I’m with my kids and guilty that I’m not working when I’m with my kids. And then I wake up and do it all over again. So no, I definitely don’t have it figured out. But they’re watching me build something I believe in. And I’m showing them that you can love your family more than anything and still have really big dreams of your own. Even if you occasionally serve cereal for dinner. 🤍 by @shopmamasol
This is the number one reason I care so much about sun protection ☀️ Becoming a mom changes the way you think about so many things. Suddenly, taking care of yourself isn’t only about you anymore. You have these little people watching what you do, learning from you and picking up habits you don’t even realize you’re teaching them. I know I can’t protect my kids from everything, and honestly, that’s one of the hardest parts of being a mom. But I can teach them how to take care of themselves. I can teach them that putting on SPF every morning is just as normal as brushing their teeth. I can be the annoying mom asking if they reapplied. And I can show them that taking care of their skin now is something their future selves will thank them for. At the end of the day, Mama Sol has always been about so much more than sunscreen to me. It’s about protecting the people I love most and giving other families products that make doing the same a little easier 💜 And if all that SPF means we get a few more carefree days like this together, I’ll take every single one ☀️ by @shopmamasol
Grab what you need ☀️ 👁️ Eyebrella SPF 45: Mineral SPF made specifically for the delicate eye area, with a subtle tint that helps brighten while protecting. 💋 Lipbrella SPF 20: Hydrating, plumping lip protection with sheer color and a glossy finish. ☀️ Facebrella SPF 30: Our everyday mineral face SPF for lightweight, invisible protection with a radiant finish. ✨ Facebrella Tints SPF 45: A skin-perfecting mineral SPF with sheer-to-medium buildable coverage that evens skin tone and leaves a fresh, dewy finish. Or grab all four. We support that too. 😉 by @shopmamasol
Motherhood is so weird. There are days I am counting down the minutes until bedtime. I need the quiet. I need no one to need me for a minute. But then I look at them sometimes and think, how are you already this big? I don’t want these years to go as fast as they are. Some days I feel like I’m crushing it. Other days I’m exhausted, overstimulated, impatient, and wondering if I’m doing any of it right. And somewhere in all of it, I’ve changed too. I’ve lost parts of who I was before I became a mom, but I’ve also found parts of myself I don’t think I ever would have known without them. The days can feel SO long. But somehow the years are flying by. So I’m trying to remember—even when the house is a disaster, they’re fighting, I’m behind on everything and I desperately need a minute—that these are the days I’m going to miss. My hands are very, very full. And so is my heart. 🥹 Send this to the mom who is in the thick of it with you 💜 by @shopmamasol
There’s no such thing as an overnight success. I’ve stepped onto QVC time and time again to tell the Mama Sol story. And every single appearance is another reminder that building a brand takes repetition. People rarely buy the first time they hear about your product. Or the second. Sometimes not even the fifth. You have to keep showing up. Keep telling your story. Keep explaining why you believe in what you created. Keep putting yourself in front of people, even when it feels like you’ve said the same thing 100 times. What you see is a few minutes on QVC. What you don’t see are the flights across the country, hours of preparation, nerves before going live, time away from family, late nights and all the work that happens between those appearances. There wasn’t one moment that suddenly made Mama Sol successful. It’s been built one opportunity, one customer, one conversation and one “yes” at a time. So if you’re building something and wondering why people aren’t buying after you’ve talked about it once, keep going. Success isn’t about showing up once and getting noticed. It’s about showing up enough times that eventually, people can’t help but notice you. 💛 by @shopmamasol
“Out of office” is more of a suggestion when you own the business 😂📞 Every founder knows the struggle of trying to take a vacation while still answering calls, checking emails and thinking about the business you swore you weren’t going to think about. Business owners… are we EVER actually off the clock? 👀 #FounderLife #BusinessOwner #EntrepreneurLife #FemaleFounder #SmallBusinessOwner by @shopmamasol
