Just published a new In Medias Res with co-founder of @shopoverdye, @stylesgraeme.  From Visvim’s Fall/Winter 2019 SPOT Collection comes the Jumbo Hoodie P.O. in White — an oversized pullover hoodie featuring a slightly cropped silhouette, drop shoulders, an oversized hood, and a classic kangaroo pocket.

The hoodie is constructed using a midweight brushed cotton fleece. The back panel is made from a handwoven striped textile created by the Buyi people, distinguished by its dry, slubby texture and irregular finish that highlights the handcrafted character of the fabric.

Additional details include damage-finished metal drawstring eyelets and ribbed cuffs and hem.

Evan Kinori Wide Leg Jean
 From the collaboration between Evan Kinori and OrSlow comes the Wide Leg Jean One Wash. The jean is a classic five-pocket design cut with a high rise, wide leg, button fly, and selvedge outseam.

The denim is constructed using OrSlow’s original 13.5oz selvedge denim, rope-dyed and woven on vintage shuttle looms in Japan. After construction, the jeans are one-wash processed to soften the fabric while preserving its rich texture and long-term fading potential.

Additional details include custom Universal rivets, collaboration-branded buttons, golden selvedge ID piping, and an original paper back patch featuring collaborative branding.

0120205013002 Harrier Down JKT (NY/C) *F.I.L. Exclusive
 From Visvim’s Fall/Winter 2020 Collection comes the Harrier Down JKT in Olive — a V-neck down jacket inspired by WWII-era kapok vests, featuring a relaxed drop-shoulder silhouette, two patch hand pockets, adjustable button cuffs, and an integrated D-ring belt at the waist.

The jacket is constructed using an original nylon/cotton blend twill fabric, combining specially processed nylon warp yarns for lightweight durability with cotton yarns to soften the fabric’s sheen. After construction, it is garment dyed, mud overdyed, and damage finished for a uniquely weathered appearance. The interior is lined with polyester twill and insulated with Superior Polish White Goose Down.

Additional details include original snap buttons, an original belt buckle, Swiss RIRI zippers, cotton herringbone piping throughout, and an original military tape belt.

 From Visvim’s Fall/Winter 2020 Collection comes the Six-Five Fishtail Parka in Beige — an oversized interpretation of the U.S. M-65 fishtail parka featuring raglan sleeves, a dual zip/snap front closure, adjustable elasticated cuffs, drawstring waist and hem, two slanted flap pockets, and a convertible fishtail hem.

The parka is constructed using a gabardine fabric woven from wool and linen fibers, offering a structured drape with natural texture. The interior is lined with a soft cotton/rayon blend for added comfort.

Additional details include original snap buttons, Swiss RIRI zippers, custom water buffalo horn buttons, cotton herringbone pocket lining, a military tape chest patch, interior buttons for liner attachment, buttonholes for an optional collar liner or hood, and custom drawstrings with metal lace tips.
