I’m Jill, a 56-year-old midlife style creator sharing modern, wearable outfit ideas for women who want to dress our age—just cooler.

My community is 99% women in midlife. We’re not trying to look 25, but we’re also not ready to disappear into clothes that no longer feel like us. We want to look current, confident and pulled together while still feeling comfortable and completely ourselves.

My style is classic, casual and modern. Denim is usually the foundation, followed by a great shirt, an easy shoe and one interesting detail—bold color, animal print, a beautiful bag or a trend I genuinely love.

Sometimes the right graphic tee IS the outfit. 🐅💙

Add jeans, a little stripe peeking out underneath, and let the tee do the talking. This “Wild One” brings all the color and personality—and against this wall? Too fun.

A little reminder that getting dressed doesn’t have to be complicated to be interesting. And having fun with your clothes has no age limit. Girls just wanna have fun…including us girls over 50. 😉

Ran around town getting inspired yesterday. Here’s a few fall pieces you might just want to add to cart.

Plaid shirts, tall suede boots, cozy cashmere, midi skirts, a little fringe, and a really good white tee. These are the fall fashion finds I’m loving for modern midlife style—pieces to mix with the jeans, basics, and favorite accessories already in your closet.

A few outfit ideas I’d put together:
🤎 A plaid midi skirt + white tee + tall boots, with a red flannel tied around the waist.
🤎 A burgundy polo sweater + favorite denim + a black tote.
🤎 A cropped brown jacket over a simple tee.
🤎 A fitted black turtleneck to balance a fuller skirt.
🤎 An oversized plaid shirt worn open for easy fall layering.

I love not-boring sweatshirts. Currently my favorite are from Mother, Anine Bing and my church. We have the best church merch. They get them cut and sewn at a manufacturer who makes the best quality sweats and tees. It’s sweatshirt season and I could not be happier.
