New collar design!! It’s much more squared, almost like a fancy bib lol. I love it so! I deconstructed a vintage pair of cotton twill pants to make this one, and it’s reversed to fabric from a vintage Ralph Lauren duvet. Fun new life! I’ll be sending this collar, along with a raw denim version , to @forestbound this weekend. AND a fresh new rack of vintage! 🤍 by @shoprustygold

Sneak peak…a curated rack of vintage and secondhand clothing that will be for sale in Amesbury starting May 2nd. Alice is going to be opening the doors of @forestbound year round…which I’m sure you already know about and are PYSCHED!! I got a look at her setup yesterday when I dropped these pieces off, and it is unreal. The selection and display is INSPIRING..and I wanted it all ✨ by @shoprustygold

Every year I donate a portion of sales, thanks to all of you unique and inspiring people who have shopped with me, to We ACT for Environmental Justice. It’s an amazing charity I chose to support when I opened the shop. This year I’ve made a couple more donations, to Maine Needs in Portland Maine and the Immigrant Rapid Response Fund, through the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota. That’s the only money I’m spending today! Lots of love ❤️ by @shoprustygold

I designed a hat! Slightly beret-ish, slightly trapper hat, with ear flaps that you can tie up or leave down. I have enough of this beautiful vibrant red and deep navy wool blend surplus fabric to make a couple more. The pattern for this blouse is something I worked on for a while. And is pretty much a combo of three different vintage patterns, plus a few extra touches of my own. It’s made out of a gorgeous vintage top sheet I found a few years ago, when I first started looking for fabrics and learning to sew, and is finished with fabric covered buttons and an embroidered RG on the collar. I love an old quilt lined flannel! It’s just the easiest to throw on when it gets chilly. I’ve added this amazing orangey red plaid to the website, and am working on adding more 💥 by @shoprustygold

This collar was made from a vintage coverlet..it’s finished with a rust colored ribbon and embroidered with RG on the side. I’ve made a bunch of these over the years, and this one is a favorite! For sale on the site 🩵 by @shoprustygold
