just a little hopecore for anyone turned off by the influx of larpers in the sacred and weird world of vintage...here i am selling clothes and records at a market for the first time in 2006. my friend lauren sold a dress belonging to lady jaye that day and that's how i learned about genesis et al. i sold all my punk/hardcore/emo records for 25 cents each cuz i thought that was what you did at flea markets. not sure what im doing with my hands or face but it looks sincerely enthusiastic. follow yr bliss if u can fr by @shopsisterray

today we lay to rest my favorite tshirt of the past decade. on my last wear the collar turned into a necklace and i feel that this is it. yes, i could keep wearing but the back graphic is completely shredded and the pit holes are creeping too far to the front. i will probably resurrect for special occasions but look at this angel getting her wings 🪽 by @shopsisterray

getting my house ready to sell and thinking of how selling a house is like selling thousands of grails all in one transaction. some days i miss being more active sourcing and selling but im pretty comfy being mother to three kids and meal planning and can smell what back to school shopping smelled like when i was a kid. reminiscing and feeling grateful for this being my full time job for a decade (insane) and feeling scared about the passage of time knowing i started doing this 20 years ago. here are some fave items and memories from 2016-? my junk guy passed away last year and haven't been to a flea market, yard sale or ran an ad in over a year. i swing between wanting no possessions and wanting lots of shiny stuff. i stopped opening my DMs last year too and im so sorry but its overwhelming to see unread ones so i dont open em. excited to move into a house in the woods again and cant wait to share the journey with yall ✨ by @shopsisterray

i moved my clothes rainbow to my main rack for june like some big corp gay washing for pride but the difference is it's always been there... sometimes more obvious than other times, sometimes u gotta squint and sometimes u gotta take cover!!! i never really publicly discuss my sexuality online because im selectively private but it's pretty nuanced and sacred to me :) i also brought some fave personal tees (sexual witchcraft 👀) i'm ready to pass along at @thesalemfleamarketplace this month 🫀 by @shopsisterray
