This booth and mural has been so fun to create! I miss the creative process already…

Big thanks to @elevenboaz for helping me design the space and designing my wall rack. He designed the rack from scratch since what was needed did not exist!

This month marks TWO YEARS as a small business owner. I am so incredibly thankful to everyone who has shopped second hand from my curated vintage collection and those who continue to support me!
This past year marked some milestones. I broke record sales at pop ups, traveled out of Chattanooga for the first time for a pop up, sourced vintage from all over the south and up and down the east coast, and closed my physical location to focus on pop ups and creating custom pieces. I learned how to sew using a machine. And have created wearable items out of vintage and second hand materials.

I’ve really learned how to enjoy my work and stop worrying so much about the grind and what I “should” do as a vintage reseller.

Day 3 recap of the Highway 127 Yard Sale!

Our last day picking was more fun than work ✨
We met my mom at Sage Garden Cafe in Frankfort, KY and visited the capital and Poor Richard’s Bookstore.

I’ve been shopping at Poor Richard’s since I was in high school and it’s been open since 1978!

We made our way back down the 127 highway until we hit Danville, KY, then we cut back over and took i75 south home because we were EXHAUSTED and had found so much stuff.

I can’t wait to show you what all we found! I’ve already started posting some in my stories. If you see something you want DM me! I ship anywhere in the U.S.

First day of World’s Longest Yard Sale!!! We started in Dayton, TN and drove all the way to Somerset, KY to spend the night and shop all day tomorrow tomorrow.

Shop Sugar Daddy now offering a Plus Size clothing rack at Electric Crocodile SOUTH!

It’s taken me a couple months, but I finally curated a small collection of plus size clothing to offer a wider variety of sizes!

As always clothing at Shop Sugar Daddy is organized by TYPE and SIZE, not by gender! You will find sizes ranging from XL to 4X on this rack!

I try to offer majority vintage and Y2K, but I also have some secondhand, newer styles on this rack!

It’s early voting in Hamilton County and not many people are showing up to the polls! I’m sharing to help inform voters of this very important election.
Early voting in Hamilton county ends 8/1 and the election is THURSDAY 8/6.
It is too late to register to vote for this election but if you aren’t registered for the next one it took me less than 10 minutes to do a simple address change online!
The Hamilton County Mayor position and County Commission seats both play important roles in upholding the 287g agreement between ICE and the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department. They have the power to cut the funding and apply pressure to this department to end the 287g agreement. Wamp, our current county mayor is not doing this, nor will he ever do this, in fact there are talks of building a multimillion dollar ICE training facility *IN* Hamilton County. We cannot let this happen. We cannot let our neighbors disappear without a trace and the easiest way to stop this is to appoint officials who have committed to cutting the funding.

In addition to this, data center proposals are being brought forward and while Mayor Wamp has agreed to a one year moratorium on these data centers, he’s already approved one and will instantly approve more once that one year is up. He has committed to one year to help his chances in being reelected. Do not let him fool you.

For both of these reasons I will be voting for @herndonforhamilton and @electwichman (district 8, East Ridge) for county mayor and county commission.
