The wear-anywhere shirt

An investment blouse is one of the few pieces that does authority and ease at the same time. I recently wore my Celine shirt to a work event in SoHo with a slim leather skirt and Gucci loafers, and it was perfect.

As a former Celine publicist, I’ll say it: you will wear it forever. It works just as well with tailored pants, a leather skirt or jeans and boots.

On my radar: Celine, Jamie Haller, Gucci, Sézane and Wiggy Kit. Less is more, and the cut is worth it.

US OPEN DAY 2: SPECTATOR STYLE, FEDERER + THE PERKS 🎾

Day two brought more good style on the grounds — plus a few extra reasons to love Fan week beyond the tennis.

A few things that made the day:

🎾 The frozen Honey Deuce: Tried the frozen version for the first time this year — IYKYK. #HoneyDeuce
🎾 Federer’s practice: Watching Federer practice was a major highlight of the day.
🎾 Clos du Bois wine bar: A perfect mid-day pit stop. Good wine, great people-watching. Athletes enter and exit from a door right next door so it’s a perfect spot for sightings.
🎾 The Amex lounge: A nice place to sit, relax and get customized product.
Also loved the free motorized fan giveaway on the grounds.
🎾 Moët & Chandon postcards: A fun, unexpected touch.
🎾 Chase charging stations: grateful to Chase for keeping my phone alive for the ’gram.

US OPEN LAUNCH DAY: THE GET’S FAVORITE SPECTATOR STYLE + MERCH 🎾

Today’s kickoff was a reminder that the US Open isn’t just about what happens on the court — some of the best style and action takes place on the grounds too!

A few things that caught my eye:

🎾 The spectator style: Crisp white tanks and button-downs, pleated tennis skirts, easy wide-leg pants — cool and chic
🎾 The tennis-ball bag: @jentin10 of @supremecourture took DIY tennis style to another level, crafting her own bag out of @thepennball tennis balls. Easily my favorite find of the day.
🎾 The pleated skirt: Love the bold print and colors of @lululemon High-Rise Tennis Skirt – would pair this with a white tee and Stan Smiths.
🎾 The merch: The US Open Grand Slam hat was one of my purchases today. I also loved the Tennis-ball keychains, colorful waxed canvas totes by @trvldesign and @ralphlauren v-neck tennis sweaters
🎾 The activations: Loved the @chase photo-op setup — a good tennis-themed photo moment is always a fun part of the grounds experience.
