Your dachshund isn’t stubborn. She’s a dachshund. Potty training takes 2–3x longer than most breeds — here’s what works.

→ Out after every wake-up, meal, play, nap. Puppies hold ~1 hour per month of age.
→ Treat within 3 seconds, outside. Praise indoors is praise for the wrong thing.
→ Accidents are data, not defiance. Enzyme spray, note the time, tighten the schedule.
→ Solve for rain first. Covered spot or a real raincoat.

Most doxies aren’t reliable until 6–8 months. Consistency beats intensity.

Save this for the 5am wake-ups. 🌭
