A Return Home, a Reimagined Future After a year away from St. Armands Circle due to the devastating impact of Hurricane Helene, we are proud to announce the redevelopment and reopening of a brand-new flagship location at 28 N Boulevard of the Presidents, on the Circle, a dynamic three-level concept featuring Shore Restaurant, Shore Café, Shore Retail, and the potential future addition of a boutique hotel. This milestone marks more than a reopening. For Shore, it is a homecoming. “It’s where we opened our very first retail store in 2008 and where our brand grew into a full restaurant experience in 2012. To return now, stronger, reenergized, and with an even bigger vision, is incredibly meaningful after such loss and devastation. It feels like a rebirth” said Susan Leonard, Shore’s co-founder. A refined, coastal-inspired dining experience showcasing fresh seafood, seasonal ingredients, and Shore’s signature New American coastal cuisine. • Shore Café

A fully redesigned boutique showcasing men’s and women’s resort lifestyle apparel, accessories, and the newest collections from Shore’s own apparel brand and partner vendors. • A Potential Third-Floor Boutique Hotel
As part of the redevelopment, Shore and Dr. Kauffman are exploring plans for a small, luxury residence space that may evolve into a boutique hotel, creating the first fully immersive Shore lifestyle destination.
