Shore’m Chic, Inc. is coming up on ONE YEAR online… and what a ride it’s been! 🌊🤍
As I get closer to that first anniversary, I’ve been thinking about how many people have been a part of this little business of mine simply by supporting me along the way.
Every like. Every share. Every repost. Every comment. Every person who has purchased something I created, stopped by my booth to say hi, shared my work with a friend, or cheered me on from the sidelines…I see you, and I appreciate you more than you know. 🥹
To my friends and family who continue to support this crazy resin adventure of mine, THANK YOU. It truly means the world to me.
And then there’s Matt. 😂❤️ My muscles, my constant, my wrapper, my sander, my constructive critic, my vendor meal manager/DoorDash driver, my booth helper, my unpaid employee 😂 and most importantly, my right-hand-man hubby. I genuinely could not do this without you. Thank you for being beside me through every crazy idea, every market, every late night and the never ending, “When you get a chance, can you…?” 🤣 (which we both know usually means I’d like it done sometime soon 😬) Thank you for always being there to help make whatever idea I’ve dreamed up actually happen.
And Kamilah…where do I even start? I would have been SO lost without you. From your wisdom and help with my website, instagram and quickbooks, to being my vendor-booth finder and sounding board, to our insomnia-fueled late-night discussions and “how the heck do I do this?” website lessons…you’ve been there through all of it. And then there is the BTS videos you somehow keep convincing me to make…”PLEEEEASE?”🙏🏼 😂 And of course… Peace ✌️ and CALL ME! 📞😂 Forever friend. ❤️
I started Shore’m Chic because I love creating things that remind me of the coast, but this first year has become so much more than just what I make. It’s been about the people who have encouraged me, supported me, believed in me and helped me keep going.
So here’s to almost one year of Shore’m Chic, Inc. 🥂🌊
