“R*TA DON’T WORK!” 😤🤬
Okay… but who don’t it work for?!

Let me tell y’all about my brother’s journey! 🔥

At the beginning of summer, he was 275 lbs. He realized driving school buses wasn’t where his story had to end in the work force. He wanted more for himself, decided to pursue a career in the military, and knew he needed to lose weight to work toward that next chapter. 🇺🇸💪🏾

He wanted to prioritize his health, rebuild his confidence, and get back to feeling like HIMSELF again. He’s currently around 220 lbs—that’s approximately 55 lbs down! 🤯🔥

And for everyone saying peptides are for lazy people or that it’s “cheating”… 👀 Let’s talk about that double standard!

People use protein to support muscle growth, creatine to support performance, and supplements to support different goals all the time. Those tools don’t do the work for you—you still have to put in the effort. So why is getting assistance automatically considered cheating when it comes to peptides? 🤔

My brother still had to change his eating habits, get back in the gym, and show up for himself. The tool didn’t replace the effort. You can get assistance AND put in the work. Both can be true. 💯👏🏾

This journey is about more than the scale. It’s about deciding to do something for your yourself and change your life for the better ❤️‍🔥

What y’all think—is peptides cheating, or does the effort still count? 👀

The only constant in life is CHANGE. 💜

And sometimes, the very discomfort you’re trying to escape is the wake-up call you’ve been waiting for.

When life starts feeling uncomfortable, when the old habits no longer serve you, when the same decisions keep producing the same results… it’s time to make a SHIFT.

Stop praying for a different outcome while holding on to the same patterns.

Transformation doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when you decide that the person you’re becoming matters more than the comfort of who you’ve been.

Growth will challenge you. Change will test you. The process won’t always feel good, but staying the same has a cost, too.

Sometimes you have to outgrow the life you’ve gotten comfortable living to create the life you’ve been dreaming about.

Don’t fear the discomfort. Don’t run from the process.

Embrace the shift. Trust the growth. Become who you’re meant to be.

One decision. One step. One day at a time.

WIN THE NEXT PLAY. CONQUER THE DAY. 💜
