Me: minding my business. Also me: daydreaming about beaches and planning my next @delta trip like I don’t have three deadlines 😂✈️ Don’t worry, my @away luggage is already packed in my imagination.

If that’s was my goal, I’d follow these simple steps to destruction. JK Please save yourself the stress and avoid all these things, I want to see you thrive!

1. I’d tell you to wait until everything’s “perfect” before you start. The truth? Producing is messy, fast, and full of curveballs. You win by moving, not waiting.

2. I’d tell you never ask questions. Come on now, the producers who last? They’re curious, proactive, and provide SOLUTIONS.

3. I’d tell you to blend in, keep your head down, and wait for your “big break”. But production rewards those who speak up, bring ideas, and find solutions before anyone asks.

4. When I started out, if I wanted myself to fail, I would’ve kept quiet, tried to do it all alone, and acted like I had it figured out. What helped me grow? Asking questions, leaning on my team, and understanding mistakes are learning opportunities.

🗣️ Say it louder for the people in the back. I worked (AND prayed) for this, it is not a surprise to see it happen ✨
