BD x RCC drum line on Kodak Gold 200 film

An impressive cast that performed an amazing set of performances — like bringing the indoor west coast vibe to the Musical Theatre 🎭

It was an honor being able to capture the performances that would inspire the future of percussion - until next time y’all 🫰🏼West Coast 🌊

BD International Snareline — Summer 2026, in Basel, Switzerland for the Basel-Tattoo

shot on Tri-X Film on the Contax G-1

#contaxg1 #trix400 #film

A stoic pose from a friend of the Basel-Tattoo

Asking permission for the photo? Or asking forgiveness for taking it?

The Mister John

Tuning up that bass

Bag pipes play at ~100 dB which is already a hundred decibels more than I expect to hear on any given day

Looks easy enough

This was more for the stone pavement but there was also a whole Blue Devils International Drum & Bugle Corps in view so I said “why not”

Between sets backstage of The Basel-Tattoo

Another view from the balcony to the cafe

Rocker gloves, a staple piece of the Blue Devils Contra line and their uniform

devils.

Slow shutter on Tri-X film
