One of my biggest whys has always been helping families make health a part of everyday life.

Health should feel simple, not complicated.

I believe the habits we practice today can shape the next generation.

That’s why I love creating experiences that people remember, talk about, and try again at home.

Because change starts with information shared and experiences created.

Now I get to watch my son be apart of those same experiences and that means more than I can put into words.

That’s one of my whys.

Team Appreciation Thursday 😎

Our team deserves some love!

Every week, they show up ready to encourage, teach, listen, adapt, celebrate, and connect. They meet kids where they are and help create an environment where they can try something new, build confidence, and have fun along the way.

That’s why we call everyone a coach.

To us, being a coach isn’t about teaching a sport. It’s about showing up for people. It’s taking the time to explain something one more time, celebrate a small win, offer encouragement, and help every child feel like they belong.

No two coaches on this team are the same, and that’s one of our favorite parts. Everyone brings their own personality, strengths, and energy, but they all show up with the same goal: creating a positive experience for every child who walks into our program.

We’re grateful for this team and the care they bring to our mission every single week. Thank you for everything you do. 🧡
