SUMMERTIME SUNRISE

Honestly, I completely forgot I had these clips on my SD card but glad I didn’t format my media 🙏. This was around 5am I believe and me and my friends stayed the night in Chicago to see this sunrise. It’s easy to neglect the simple beauties in life with constant chaos going on around us but it’s a real treat to share a moment like this with your brothers. Will miss you Summer!

PRACTICING COLOR GRADING

Been meaning to for a while really get a hold of color grading. Not my favorite process when editing but it’s definitely essential. This here was a test run I conducted at a local forest preserve. Don’t think I did all too bad if I say so myself 😇. If you have any tips regarding color grading, leave them in the comments below!

END OF SUMMER - DIRECTED BY BRIAN FOSTER

Will surely be mourning the summer in a couple months but grateful for the time spent under the sun in this wonderful city. Also shoutout my boys for spending the day fucking around.

PRICK - OFFICIAL BEHIND THE SCENES

So last year in July, my first short film PRICK officially entered production. Since then the film has of course been finished and that chapter has been closed. Since we finished shooting PRICK, my involvement and desire to create had been at an all time low. In combination with personal problems and sets that left me drained emotionally, I wanted to distance myself from that world for awhile. Since then, I’ve started to rebuild my relationship with film and find that fire again. I’m still taking it day by day but I wanted to make this behind the scenes to celebrate this time in my life and to look through a window into the past when all I wanted to do was make a movie. I love what the I have started to envision for the future and look forward to making it come to fruition. Thank you to everyone involved in the making of this film and I hope you enjoy. by @shotbybwop
