Hello 30🌹

I’m so grateful to be stepping into a new decade on Thanksgiving, and the symbolism is everything. To turn 30 on a day centered around gratitude feels like God’s way of saying, “Look at how far you’ve come.” It’s divine alignment, a reminder to pause and truly honor every lesson, blessing, and transformation that shaped me throughout my 20s.

My 20s grew me in every direction. I evolved as a woman emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and professionally. I grew as a registered nurse, as a friend, as a daughter, and most importantly within myself. I’m thankful for the highs that lifted me and the lows that refined me because both played a part in building the woman I’m proud to be today.

My 20s were also an adventure. I traveled to 15 countries, often solo, and met incredible people along the way. I learned the value of solitude, the beauty of loving myself without conditions, and the importance of pushing my dreams without ever setting limitations. I took risks, bet on myself, and stepped into rooms I once prayed for.

God blessed me with so much. I earned three degrees, expanded my nursing career, and spent five unforgettable years in Los Angeles growing, healing, and experiencing life in a way that prepared me for this very moment.

And I can’t forget the people. My friends and family poured into me, held me down, lifted me up, and loved me through every season. I’m genuinely grateful, and I couldn’t have moved through my 20s without that support.

Bringing in 30 on Thanksgiving feels like confirmation that nothing in my journey has been accidental. God took His time with me, molding my heart, strengthening my spirit, and aligning my steps.

And the most beautiful part is knowing I’m only getting better. I know in my 30s I’m stepping into an even fuller, wiser, softer, and stronger version of myself.

Here’s to Chapter 30, filled with gratitude, grace, elevation, and God’s continued favor. 🌹🎈🥂✨

We don’t choose where we’re born, but we get to choose whether we honor the people, traditions, and stories that shaped us.

Nigeria’s history is filled with both triumphs and hardship. While there is always room to acknowledge our challenges, it’s just as important to celebrate our culture and the people who continue to carry it forward.

Wherever you go, Nigerians are making an impact - in education, business, sports, entertainment, technology, medicine, and beyond. Our resilience, ambition, and sense of community travel with us.

This is my small ode to Nigeria - a visual celebration of our culture, heritage, and what it means to be Nigerian.

By God’s grace, it is finished. 🎓🙏🏽 Closing this chapter with gratitude and pride, I reflect on a journey filled with challenges, growth, and countless lessons. There were moments of doubt, late nights, and obstacles along the way, but through it all, God’s grace sustained me.
This achievement is not just mine alone — I’m grateful for the support, prayers, and encouragement from family, friends, and everyone who stood by me throughout this journey.
