Was the brief followed? Absolutely not.
Did we get the content we asked for? Also no.
Are we posting it anyway? Obviously 😂

It's amazing how something can feel so far away and yet still be sitting so deeply in your heart.

This weekend reminded us that when people come together with open hearts, beautiful things happen.
New friendships.
Meaningful conversations.
Moments of healing.
Moments of joy.
Moments of simply remembering who we are beneath the noise of everyday life.

We're incredibly grateful for the community that is growing around Lumora and for every single person who helped make the weekend unforgettable.

As we begin exploring what comes next, including the possibility of a winter gathering, we're taking a moment to pause and appreciate what we've already created together.

This is only the beginning. 🤍✨

Who else is missing the Lumora bubble already? ✨💜
This time last week, the energy was flowing, the music was on, and our community was coming together to move, connect and let go.

One of the most uplifting sessions of the weekend was the Somatic Breathwork & Shaking Session with Linda and Claire. Through guided breathwork, movement and shaking, participants were encouraged to release stagnant energy, let go of what no longer serves them and reconnect with their bodies in a fun, freeing and empowering way.

There was dancing, movement, laughter and so much positive energy in the room. ✨

These are the moments that made Lumora so special... stepping out of our heads, into our bodies, and sharing experiences with like-minded souls.

A huge thank you to @wilde_healing and @clairebofficial for bringing such beautiful energy to the weekend. 💜 by @shotbysammie

🍦 ICE CREAM TASTE TEST… with a very special food critic 👀

Today we had Rudi on hand to give us his completely honest (and very thorough 👀) verdict on the flavours we’re getting ready to serve at @wakethetiger.ldn

For those who haven’t heard yet, Wake The Tiger is bringing its incredible immersive experience to Westfield London- a world of imagination, storytelling, art and adventure… and we’re very excited to be the caterers bringing the food side of the experience to life 👨🏻‍🍳🤌🏼

And when it comes to ice cream, we knew exactly who to team up with. We’re collaborating with the brilliant @bearsicecream from Whitstable to create something seriously delicious for the experience🍨 Phil is an old friend of mine and I’m buzzing we get to work together on this epic project! 💥

Today was all about tasting, testing and getting Rudi’s expert approval 🫡

The verdict? You’ll have to watch to find out… 👀🍦

An evening dedicated to healthy skin. ✨

Our first Coastal Aesthetics Skin Event was a special evening — and I’m so grateful to everyone who joined me.

From discovering the Noon Aesthetics range and learning more about the science behind the products and protocols, to experiencing our skin analysis technology, the evening was all about understanding your skin on a deeper level.

There were plenty of questions, myth busting and lots of those “I never knew that!” moments — exactly what I wanted the evening to be.

I wanted to create an evening where you could learn from experts, ask questions specific to your own skin and leave with a better understanding of how to care for it — without the pressure to buy or be sold to.

Thank you to everyone who came and made the first event so much fun. It was wonderful to see just how much you enjoyed it.

I’ll be hosting more exclusive skin events at Coastal Aesthetics, with new topics, education and opportunities to discover more about your skin.
