meet Samy ❤️ he’s living with a life altering muscle condition, and today we wanted to do something to make life a little easier for him. if you’re able to help, even a small contribution can make a real difference. link in bio❤️

thank you to @carmelitocafe for sharing the story with me and offering ANYTHING on their menu for their family & I to sit & chat about samy, and to have a good time.

huge s/o to @shotbysy for for jumping in without hesitation, filming this for free, and getting it done so quickly. i genuinely appreciate you using your talent to help make this happen bro

also thank you @thebarnott for offering to host us to see some animals (before samy fell asleep 😂) your efforts did not go unnoticed, we love you guys

& finally thank you to samy’s family for trusting me with his story and letting me see what hope, love, and showing up for the people you care about truly looks like❤️

Embrace uncertainty as natural, do everything with intention, sign your name on it, and life will feel incredible.

We can feel time slipping in the background of everyday life: mornings that turn into months, months that turn into years, and plans that stay parked in “someday.” We tell ourselves we’re waiting for the right moment to start the business, take the trip, say the thing, change the habit, or finally choose ourselves. But time doesn’t announce itself when it’s passing; it just moves, gently and relentlessly, while we’re busy preparing to live.

The “right moment” is often just a story we use to make uncertainty feel safer. We confuse readiness with perfection, and we treat confidence like a prerequisite instead of a result. Meanwhile, the present keeps offering small, real opportunities - one honest conversation, one application, one early morning walk, one first messy attempt - that could have changed everything, had we taken them.

M4 Macbook Pro in 2026!

If you're going to get a Macbook in 2026, I highly recommend looking at open box M4 and M3 pros, even M2 maxes. The value you get for your money is very very good. These laptops are powerhouses for productivity, content creation, development etc... You won't need to upgrade for a very long time.

This is actually my first time switching to Мас :))

Comment if you have any tips and tricks for me.

You guys know I love color and some of my work gets very creative with color. The focus here is less on colormaxxing and more on capturing people in their element.

Dw you'll get to see them colormaxxed in the future ;)

Chat be honest, is black and white acceptable on IG or is this post cooked?
