FIRST EVER HYROX. FIRST EVER SOLO RACE. 🏁 Six months ago, I was looking for something new. Something that would challenge me, push me out of my comfort zone, and keep me motivated. HYROX became exactly that. My first race wasn’t about chasing perfection. It was about showing up, trusting my training, and proving to myself that I could do something I had never done before. Honestly, going into this race, I told myself I’d be happy with a 1:38. I’m not really a runner, and I knew the running would be one of my biggest challenges. I never felt nervous because I knew how much work I had put in. I trusted my preparation, believed in myself, and was ready to test my limits. AND I DIDN’T JUST DO IT… I CRUSHED IT. 💪🏼🔥 I know I had even more in me, but this was my first time racing in a completely new environment. It was a huge learning experience and a moment I’ll always be proud of. Now I know what to expect, and I’m even more excited for what’s next. I’m proud of the time I put down, but even more proud to represent the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 A special thank you to my coaches for guiding me, pushing me, and helping me prepare for this moment. I couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️ @meg.yessman @los_ysbfit @emilydilger @caleb630 @ariastheticc @caleb630 THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING. NEXT GOAL: SUB 90. ⏱️🔥 Time to build. Time to improve. Time to get after it. Behind the lens, the real beast 🎥 @shotbyyas_ taken in Boston, Massachusetts by @shotbyyas_

The physique is the result. The discipline is is the weapon 🥊⚒️💪 Years of preparation built the body. Years of discipline built the mindset. Still building. Still chasing. The blueprint is in place. The offseason is underway. The work goes on Coach E with the blueprint 🧠 @erikbachrach 🥊 @caleb630 🎥 by @shotbyyas_ 🔥🔥🔥 by @shotbyyas_

Here are the real money shots. BODYBUILDING EDITION🔥 Coach E and I have been working together since last October. Already went through a full growth season and into a cut we started in May/June. Months of work leading up to this shoot. He calls the shots, I execute, and the results speak for themselves, as you can see. @erikbachrach This is the best I’ve ever looked, but we’re nowhere near finished. The cut is done, and now it’s time for a long offseason focused on building, improving, and taking this physique to another level. Only time will tell what Coach E and I have in store for the next chapter. 🤫 📸 by @shotbyyas_ absolutely killed these and captured every detail perfectly! And the timing couldn’t be better… @worldgympinebrook opens 11/1 just in time to kickstart the offseason with brand-new equipment, a brand-new training environment, and a whole lot more work to do. 🏗️ @erockworldgympb1 has built something special. The place looks incredible, and I genuinely can’t wait to get in there and start working. Respect to you for what you’ve built. 🤝 New gym. New environment. New offseason. Same goal get bigger & better! Let’s Build ⚒️ by @shotbyyas_

My first HYROX Solo Open. 🫡🔥 Honestly, going in, I told myself I’d be happy with a 1:30. I’m not really a runner, and with my strong leg, I knew the running and balance were going to be a challenge. But I CRUSHED IT. 💪🏽 Finished feeling like I still had a couple of minutes to shave off. Now it’s back to work — improving my balance, getting stronger on my weaker side, and getting a little faster. It was a DOGFIGHT from start to finish, but I had a hell of a time doing it. And honestly, I think everyone should challenge themselves to do something HARD at least once a year. Something that pushes you outside your comfort zone and makes you question if you can actually do it. You might surprise yourself. 🔥 Grateful for my family and friends who supported me through it all. I truly couldn’t have done it without y’all. ❤️ Thank you my brother for this sick edit @shotbyyas_ 🎥🎬🔥🔥 First Solo Open: DONE. Now we chase the next one. 🏁🇩🇴 #hyrox #washingtondc #hyroxsolo #explorer #niketraining taken in Washington, DC by @shotbyyas_
