4-6 Bone in, skin on chicken thighs
2-3tbsp of your favorite seasoning
3/4c bbq sauace
1/4 apple cider vinegar
1tbsp brown sugar
Add hot sauce for an extra kick

Preheat your outdoor cooker to 375
Liberally season all sides of the chicken thighs.
Place chicken skin side up on grill or smoker and cook for 1 hour or until 170-175 internal temp.

Make glaze while chicken is cooking
Add bbq sauce, acv, and brown sugar into a bowl and mix till dissolved.

When chicken hits 170 internal, flip the chicken skin side down and glaze the bottom. Shut the lid 15min, flip skin side up and glaze skin side. Shut lid for 15 min.

Thighs should be between 195-200 internal temp and ready to eat!
