Time to play detective and get to the root of the problem!

An ineffective power position—where the hips shift too far laterally—cannot be fixed with a simple correction.

The cause often lies in the starting position itself; as soon as the center of mass (COM) drifts passively forward there, it becomes difficult to achieve a clean power position.

So, identify the cause and make the necessary improvements!

Smooth transition from the right-foot landing = no loss of speed or energy ⚡

The moment you land on the right decides how much of your glide speed makes it into the put. Fast force absorption, reactive ability and a seamless link between rotation and hip extension make the difference.

Two drills to train it:
🔹 Glide imitation with weight vest and shot, for force absorption on landing
🔹 Backward jumps, for reactivity, foot tension and rhythm
