Our second edition is officially live!
Back to Brazil, back to Praia do Rosa 🌹🌊🇧🇷
After last trip, we already knew one thing for sure: we had to do it again. So if you missed the first edition and felt a little FOMO, don’t make the same mistake twice 👀
We’re heading back to one of the most iconic surf spots on the southern coast. Which means: waves for every level; Brazilian culture; beach sunsets and a few coconut waters & caipirinhas in between 🍹

My dear Portugal 🌊

Even when I’m traveling,
this is the place that stays with me.
And somehow, I’m already longing to be back in these beautiful waves.

I have so many photos and videos I never share,
always waiting for the right moment
or trying to make them better.

2026 is the year I let that go.

In the lineup, camera in hand — that’s where Björk Deboudt feels most alive.

The Lisbon-based surf photographer and videographer captures surfing from within the water: immersed, present, and connected to the ocean’s pulse. Her work radiates energy and emotion, freezing moments that most of us only feel for a heartbeat.

“Surf photography is my way of freezing moments that are almost impossible to describe, the energy, the movement, the feeling of being completely alive in the water.”

For Björk, the ocean is both muse and home. Every frame she shoots is a dance between wave and light, motion and stillness. Whether she’s gliding through the lineup or curating creative surf trips that merge storytelling and adventure, her work reminds us why we fall in love with the sea in the first place.

From glassy mornings to days where it was just massive, you bet I was paddling out with my camera 🤠

The vibes in the water are always something else. Good people, the nicest hues of blue, warm and clean. I’m always mesmerized by this place.

Not every day looks like this 🤠 but this is the rhythm of my life in Brasil 🇧🇷

Some mornings start before 7am, chasing the sunrise.
Other days start slower, after long nights out.

I wake up with natural light, check the forecast, make my crepioca,
get some work done before heading to the beach,
because once I’m there, I stay 🌞

Some days I shoot in the water (sometimes twice),
some days I work with brands,
some days I barely surf at all and I’m locked up behind my computer 🫠

No real routine, but there’s still a rhythm!

I always try to make it to the beach at least once a day.
It resets me, gives me energy, inspiration and so much more 🌴

I love how this place slowly started to feel a little bit like ‘home’

Not just because of the ocean,
but because of the small things,
the familiar faces, the quiet smiles,
the people you don’t really know, but still recognize.

The marmita guy who waves when I pass by.
The feeling of belonging, without even realizing when it started.
The beautiful connections I’ve made here!

I love what happens when a place stops feeling temporary

Every day is different,

There was a full moon that day! 🌕
As a child in Belgium, I used to call it “Jannetje Maan”. I would sit in the car, staring out the window, completely fascinated, asking my mom & dad why it seemed like it was following us wherever we went. I didn’t understand it, but I loved it. I still do.

Some things don’t really change, they just grow with you.

Surfing under a full moon always feels different. Everything surrounding us seems to carry a different kind of energy in that moment. Something you can’t describe, only feel.
