Can’t even put into words everything I felt during this short NYC trip. My first photo exhibition in New York 🎞️ My inner child couldn’t be happier. Being part of a space led by such strong, creative women felt truly special. Thanks @ampmgallery for that! Forever grateful for where my art takes me and the beautiful people I meet along the way. You ever aim so high that you forget you’re already living your dream? 🎞️✨ Still in shock over these last few days. @estevanoriol has always been one of my biggest inspirations—the way he’s always looking for authenticity in every frame shaped the way I see the world through my lens.

To have two of my photos chosen to be in his book with @superchiefgalleryla I couldn’t be more grateful!

Antes de vir, eu não conhecia a história de Leimert Park. Esse bairro de Los Angeles passou décadas marcado pela segregação racial e habitacional até se tornar um dos corações da cultura afro-americana da cidade. Hoje, é um lugar onde a história continua viva por meio da arte, da música e da comunidade.
