“Not sisters by blood, but sisters by heart”. Nothing test your friendship like long distance does and a friendship that survives distance lasts for lifetime! 17 years of solid friendship with my @wolf_dzoana ! 💪🏻✨❤️🥹🥹 We’ve been through so much in those years girl! Seen each other at our highest highs and held each other through the lowest lows 💪🏻🥹❤️ We’ve witnessed each others growth and change and even though I sometimes don’t see you for months!! 😢 I know that our bond is so strong! We’re like stars 🤩 😂lol you don’t always see them but you know they’re always there. First trip without my professional camera 📸 🙈
No sunrise chases, no lens switching, no tripod everywhere I go… no heavy backpack. It felt strange at first because I always have my equipment with me when I travel.
BUT!!
For the first time in a long time, I simply slowed down 😌 I spent my days at the beach 🏖️ reading a book, spending time with God, attending Sunday mass in a small little church hidden between the alleys of Alicante ❤️ wandering around with no real plan, chatting with locals 💫❤️ (one of them even taught me how to order ice cream with two scoops in Spanish 🇪🇸🤪😎) and taking myself on solo dates to beautiful restaurants.

After busy months with work, projects and meeting deadlines this felt goooooooodddddd. Grateful 🙏🏻 I get to experience a bit of “me” time.

Finally got some time to share more shots from Warsaw. I always loved that city! I went there just for 1.5 day really with no big plans… no heavy gear… just me and the city! The intention wasn’t even to take photos but my brain never switches off… i catch myself looking at random stuff thinking “yup that’s a photo!” 🤷🏻‍♀️ so here it is few more photo dump. 💫

Selection of photos I took in the Tatra Mountains over the years 🏔️ 🇵🇱 Poland

First one is one of my fav… little story behind…

After a few hours of hiking, I finally took a break. While sitting on a stone, eating my well-deserved sandwich 😅, I noticed a man walking across the frozen lake in the distance. I quickly grabbed my camera, positioned myself and waited patiently for him to reach the spot somewhere in the middle of my frame… luckily, he stopped right there, admiring the mountains 😍 which gave me just enough time to take the shot. I love how the light and shadows played together that day. 💫

Moments like this reminds me of two things:
1. how fragile our lives are.. and how small we are!
2. That we don’t need much to feel alive. We often chase so much in life forgetting about the present moment.. to simply STOP, and appreciate where we are RIGHT NOW… everyday is a gift 🎁 #gratitude
