Can you embroider on paper? Short answer: yes, but carefully! 🧵
I set out to test if delicate paper doilies could support cross-stitch without tearing.

✨️💍🦢🩵
Inspired by the breathtaking, custom cutwork embroidery from Dua Lipa and Callum’s wedding, I recreated this timeless look.
Here is my take: a hand-stitched monogram "R" using traditional Richelieu cutwork.

Details:
Fabric: Crisp, lightweight white linen.🦢🪽
Technique: Classic richelieu open cutwork.🪡🧵✂️
Vibe: Heirloom-quality elegance made entirely by hand. 💍✨️

Would you feature personalized hand embroidery like this at your wedding? Let me know below! 👇
