🎥🎬 Its Showtime!😉🍿🍿🍿

It's been an incredible journey getting back on stage after two years off and recovering from last year's two Achilles tears. The challenge is real, but that's just how I like it 😉. High pressure, big stage, bright lights, and high expectations – I thrive on that! 😍 By the time I reached the finals, I finally felt at home on the stage. I knew exactly what to do and I was ready. Now that I've shaken off the rust and coach and I are fully in sync, I'm ready to continually have fun and finish strong.

2 shows down, 2 to go!

10/12 - Natural World Championship show @mr.america_official

- Then, it's time to go after that IFBB Pro card! 👊🏾

Ladies, my fellow Queens 👑, practice confidence. In practicing it, you become it. The world doesn’t make it easy, but show up for yourself in this way. Be able able to look them in the eyes with pride and courage.

@iamgains owner of @gympartnertraining came out to support PRO Men’s Physique athletes @showtimekeithkeith and @theonlystone, the promoters of the @showtime_classic 💪💯 He brought with him a loud and energized home town crowd plus 7 athletes from his personal training studio. It was a busy and successful day for @iamgains and his crew! We are so grateful for all his support. #community #mensphysique #mensphysiquepro #personaltraining #gymowner #posingcoach #communityovercompetition #naturalbodybuilding #natty taken in Jacksonville, Florida by @showtime_classic
