Senior edition 😭 tomorrow we say goodbye to our beloved senior (besides blake, he got held back) and we celebrate their years with us on the show throws and the impact they have made on our team. You all will be greatly missed 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶 by @shoxthrows

Jarrett has been doing something that really stands out lately, not just for the results, but for the way he’s approached it. He stepped into the hammer throw with the goal of giving our team another chance to score at conference, and he’s done it with a level of effort and willingness that doesn’t go unnoticed.

Today at our team meeting, he was recognized for that commitment. It wasn’t just about distance or marks — it was about choosing to take on something new, pushing himself outside his comfort zone, and doing it for the team. That kind of mindset matters. It shows what it means to contribute in more ways than just your main event.

What makes it even better is that he’s not doing it for attention or credit. He’s doing it because he wants to help us compete, to add points where we can, and to give our team every possible advantage at conference. That kind of attitude lifts everyone around him.

It’s easy to show up when things are comfortable. It’s a different level to step into something unfamiliar and still give it everything you’ve got. Jarrett’s been doing exactly that, and it’s a reminder of what team-first really looks like.

We see it, we appreciate it, and it’s making a difference. by @shoxthrows
