Introducing a new way to experience tattooing ✨

A close friend of mine, @kayleekinkela -an intuitive healer and energy worker- recently joined me in integrating live sound healing into a tattoo session. Using vibration and frequency, we supported the client in relaxing the body, quieting the mind, and easing into the experience.

Since the tattoo was on his ribs, Kaylee used sound frequencies associated with the sacral & heart chakras, along with the third eye to help shift his awareness. The intention was to see whether easing stress and anxiety through relaxation could also lessen how intensely he experienced the pain.

Here’s what we noticed:

- the frequencies helped shift the nervous system from a “fight or flight” state to a relaxed state, making it easier to manage the discomfort of the tattoo.

- the auditory focus provided a grounding element that distracted him from the repetitive sensation of the needle.

- the vibrations encouraged a meditative state, helping him stay still & calm while I tattooed his ribs.

The result was a calmer nervous system, less tension, and a more intentional connection to the piece being created.

Tattoos don’t have to feel like torture; let them be transformative.

If you’re interested in a more grounded, meditative tattoo experience, ask about adding sound healing to your next session.

"YOU ARE THE PATTERNS"

We often become overwhelmed by the patterns and cycles in our lives, when in reality we are the creators of those very patterns.

Thoughts, beliefs, habits, routines, and self-talk are the building blocks of our reality, and they are not set in stone.

Make it a practice to recognize and adjust your patterns, or you will become a slave to them.

None of us are perfect, and we never will be. However, we can take steps to reframe our realities by removing what no longer serves our greater good and adding what does.

Love you all. by @shradgnar
