If I beg you to stop, I might as well beg you to come back in.
Come back in and shut the doors so tight that even if the blood mixes into the walls the only way of escaping will be breaking them down. Down to the dust where you and I lie still right now, avoiding songs that remind us of the dark red sunsets and horses in heat and every little musical note that kept us up at midnight with a sense of urgency. Urgency bleeding in the lives that we lost all at the peril of gut-wrenching madness, madness which only appears and reappears when we hug each other tight, our backs turned to one another's hearts. Hearts so bruised and brokenly numb that they don't even hiss at the pain of us or beat at the beauty of us. Us, us, us, us that was so violently disfigured only a framed masterpiece could hold us in place, too wild without each other that we now lie scattered and scattered, running away from one another headfirst into each others icy, warm, open arms.

Hold on, until I try to to make some sense out of this chaos,
Some sense out of this chaos
Some sense
Out,
And out we go on a carousal,
Too glittery for our dark red souls
Too glamourous and too surreal
Too desperate and vicious
As it recycles the same old deranged stories
Over and over again.
The streets are on fire, the paintings melting at their cores,
And the grumpy hollow of a tree in the distant moonlight
Keeps my sanity intact.
So I stare and stare at it, till my eyes turn it into dust. "White moves first" says the catalogue. "The queen must dance" says the Bishop.
And the courtroom laughs in manic
And the floor swallows up
Any lingering distaste in the room that might taint
Our perfect little worlds.
I don't think I like this.
Drowning men and screaming girls
And an eternally decaying planet,
Deteriorating itself back to the origin,
Dreamy bits of dust where it all started
While the piles of bodies keep grow tall-
The vessels of grief, bleeding bones and
Cracked skin.
The objective owners
Of subjectively empty eyes and twisted lips
Almost trying to laugh away the pain to halt death
and the decadence surrounding it,
Their souls already evaporated in the sun:
A globe of fire.
Remember that,
What gives life
To all these lifeless sand dunes,
Is a ball
Of red, hot fire.

The nights are filled with madness but so are we. The world has lost its grip on itself, its spinning out of control and it doesn't matter how many people you look at when the bus stops early random halts anymore because loving one soul is enough to drive us crazy right now. It's enough to make us terrified, enough to keep us on our toes and keep the tears forever frozen. Our legacies are already been washed away, already evaporated and faded into our bad days which are increasingly consuming this world and his world and her world and your world and our world. The darkness is increasingly consuming what little light our lives collected through the many dawns and dusks of sunshine, poetry, people and their muses that collided with our lives and even if a helicopter crash can shake a worlds conscience into fearing for their loves and begging for the darkness to stop just stop just give us a minute to gather up all those we love, to breathe, to inhale and exhale the love we hold onto like little children do with their toys....just for one breath, just one, it does not...stop. The little flicker of light in the bulbs will blink one last time before dying away but you and I and them and the others will have to continue to hold on. To keep loving and breathing and dancing even when the nights are full of madness and they won't understand why we look up to the light but still long for the darkness and love it nevertheless. The nights understand that the end is near and so do we but we scream when the lights are out just for them to come back again, just for us to long for the darkness to forget this madness and laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh...till our bodies curl up in pain. -Tharusha Deegala .

When the Long nights blend in with the rustic sounds of the screaming trees and the hot lava burns brighter and wilder than ever before, I hope the world will come to a stand still. A dot across the oceans, the skies, the infinite spectrums of rainbows and satellites we see from afar, I hope you will stop whirling as you never stopped in your long tired life and stop for a moment and breathe.. breathe.. breathe... Heavens might open up if this world dies tomorrow and theres no guarantee that we'll be welcome because at the gates our guilt will retch and squench the million flowers humanity destroyed, the million trees we stepped on and crushed while dancing with our lovers in the rain... Hell will be disgusted by the beauty we have betrayed and honey this is all good if there's an end to it but no, we will never end, they will never end, the world will never ever stop spinning for our sake to give us sunsets and moonlit dinners and scented candles that burn the nights, our tears and our sins away. And yet, the world is burning too and maybe it's time that we realize that we're burning along with it but snow and daisies are still alive so we tell ourselves harshly and then softly... that we are not. -Tharusha Deegala
