What a journey it has been filled with many triumphs and failures. Fire academy has been so much fun and I’m so excited to make a difference in my community helping people. I’m so thankful for the knowledge I’ve gained as well as the new friendships I’ve formed. I’m so blessed to have so much support through out this whole process. Your body is built to be in motion. It craves it. When we don’t move our joints bones and muscles respond by deteriorating along with your mind. New challenges create new neural pathways for an aging mind. A healthy amount of weight baring exercises and interval training creates a healthy body. Moving helps us enjoy our time in this world 🌎 take full advantage of it..
