Grateful for everything. 🙏

The wins, the setbacks, the lessons, the people in my life, and every opportunity that’s helped shape me into who I am today.

43 years young and turning 44 at the end of the year… and I can genuinely say I feel better, stronger, and more confident than ever. 💪

Age is just a number. I’m still growing, still learning, still working, and definitely not slowing down.

Here’s to appreciating where I am while staying hungry for where I’m going.

OMG what a win!!! I won 1st place in 2 categories, Masters 35+ and Bikini Open B 👙👙👙 OMG wildly excited! Mama of two and I’m so grateful I’m able to enjoy this sport again and even competitively !!! Next up train hard and grow my glutes and upper body for nationals!!! Next year there’s July & November opportunities to compete in Nationals!! The goal would be likely either one but I most definitely need to grow a lot so now to focus on growing season! Sooo grateful!! Ryan’s already qualified for nationals too so who knows maybe we do nationals next time and try and and win our pro cards!!! Can’t wait to see all of you at the gym! ✨💪🏻 #musclecontest #npcbikini taken in Anaheim Convention Center by @shreddedwithryan

Getting after it on @qlifitnessequipmentusa . My favorite feature? You can change the resistance at different points in the range of motion, so you can load the part of the lift that matters most. #bodybuilding #gym #ocpersonaltrainer by @shreddedwithryan
