POSTS STORIES REELS

Good day y'all

I'm watching this clip with the biggest smile on my face and honestly I need to share why.

Last year I shied away from routines. I did everything in my power to avoid them. But you know what they say when the spirit moves, it moves. 🙏🏾

So I created RHYTHMIQ.

And this class pushed me OUT of my comfort zone. Having to come up with moves, put them together, find the right music, keep everything on beat yes, all of that. This was not where I naturally thrive. Yes I got it wrong sometimes. But no excuses I showed up. And I created.

GUYS, if you are sitting on an idea, talking yourself out of something, shying away from the thing that scares you a little

JUST DO IT.

Because the version of you on the other side of that fear? She or he worth showing up for.

To everyone who came and supported us at @glideandflow thank you for trusting me.

Thank you for sharing your time. Thank you for learning alongside me and the ladies. We see you and we appreciate every single one of you. ❤️

The Crazy Legs a move that took me a while to figure out.

I've been working on this one with and without cones, and honestly? Once you get it smooth, it's just sleek. It's become my go-to move for a reason, there's something about the flow of it that never gets old.

If you're working on connecting your moves, try throwing in the addition step heel-toe between your Crazy Legs. It's a great transition tool, its a way to break up the pattern and link into something new without it feeling forced.

Haven't tried it yet? Give it a go

Hi all, Shreen here 👋🏾

Poor Rachel was feeling the burn in this one But that's actually a good thing!

Something I always tell my students, that burning feeling in your legs isn't just "ouch," it's your muscles learning to keep you balanced and steady on your skates. Every time you repeat a move you're building coordination and muscle memory, so it starts to click and feel more natural.

I'm never chasing perfection with my skaters. I just want them to notice what their body's picking up, and how far they've already come.

There'll be wobbles, laughs, maybe even a little sit-down along the way, and honestly, that's all part of it. We reset, we go again, we celebrate every win. That final high five at the end says it all 🙌🏾

This is the bit I love most about teaching, it's never just about the skating. It's watching people learn to trust their bodies and grow in confidence, one session at a time.

Happy 30th birthday to my sister! @rnay_lx Watching you grow into the incredible woman you are today has been one of life's greatest gifts.

Celebrating you surrounded by family and friends, and celebrating everything you've overcome to get here. May God continue to bless you in abundance, in love, health, purpose, and peace.

Life should be lived to the fullest, shared with the people who matter, and enjoyed fully, because gratitude is a must. Here's to more life, more love, and more light. Cheers to 30, sis. 🥂

There's a moment when a track just does something to you. Last Sunday, "Stronger" @djsupad @duchessartist came on and it wasn't just a song, it was a feeling.

Pure energy, pure release, like I was in worship on wheels. Skate church was in full session 👌🏾 2026 so far has tried me, tested me, and built me, and that day I felt every bit of that strength in motion. To God be the glory.

Sunday was a DAY. 😅

Started at 12:30pm at Norwood Park with back-to-back 1-2-1s until 4pm. Straight after, the ladies and I joined Norwood Park Hockey team for a 2-min game on foot.

My gosh, I did not realise the effort that goes into this. One minute of running up and down and I was struggling 😫 but it was SO worth it, I had so much fun. Thank you @norwoodparkhockey for encouraging us to play, I will definitely be back for more. #GameOn @amgallusive

After all that skating AND running, I rounded off the day with my hubby and the green-fingered lady 🤣 at the allotment, watching the sunset. Perfect end to a full day. 🌅

POV: you put your hard wheels on after months away and remember why you fell in love with indoor skating in the first place ❤️

Last Sunday I pulled up to @rollernation.uk with my sister @rnay_lx to support @thehouseofartistique and the second those hard wheels hit that floor? Slipping, sliding, gliding... pure heaven. Indoor wheels will always have my heart 🖤

I so enjoyed slow walking with the ladies too sometimes it's not even about the skating, it's about the vibe 🥹💛 #sharedexperience

Also, huge shoutout to @lioness and @queeniesaidso on the new tune #savage4who 💪🏾💥💥 Nothing beats showing up for home grown talent. Ladies, you looked BEAUTIFUL in that video 😍

It's time to get back to practice.

Every drill session starts the same way backward and forward runs.

No skipping. No shortcuts.

Why? They fire up the knees and legs, sharpen your balance and lock in your edge control. Get these right and everything else starts to click.

Sound like something you need in your life? We thought so.

Drop a 🛼 below if you're ready to start and come find us 🧡 Link in bio.
