Aloha family,
Friday night at Fort Street mall downtown. Brighter Side of Sol debut as a solo artist right here in my neighborhood. I’ve been playing music in Chinatown for a very long time. My entire music career was developed in Chinatown from classic venues, like indigo and Havana Cabana. This is where my music studio is as well and Friday night I will share with you some music I’ve developed and some of my favorite covers. This will be a hybrid dj/live instrumentation set. I will add some colors with my psychedelic guitars and my voice in a few different languages. Come hang out with my Trial by Fire Community and Barefoot DJs Ohana. I love amplifiers, guitars and sound! Just feeling the urge to crank it up before the storm! This my Mesa Boogie Mark I and the vintage Gibson 8x12 I got from the legendary spot Islands guitars that closed years ago. This is the what my morning and evening scenes are like at home lately. Jana and I are immersed into these screens and building new avenues of business. Can’t wait to launch them. I have a former VP from the tech industry by my side and very excited to see what we can accomplish together! Happy heavenly Father’s Day to my amazing and handsome dad! As you can see where I get all the facial hair, madness and styles from loi. We miss you so much! You took our family from barely having $.30 a day for our school meals with a $200 a month salary, bought a house and set your boys for success. How our family lives today would have been unimaginable for us back then. Simple thing as owning a car or a guitar was impossible lol! Thank you for everything you did for us. Happy Father’s Day to my big brother Muralidaran! He looks like my mom and has tenacity of my dad! When we see you, we see our parents! I love you so much, bro. To all my uncles, Rengasamy, Shanmugam, Raja Segaran, the late Sugumaran, Manogaran, Chandra Boss, my brother in law Shankar, happy Father’s Day to all of you! Each and everyone of you’ve played a role in my life. Thank you!! Though I’m far away and not in touch very much, I miss you guys and I’ll see you next year. To all my cousins, enjoy Father’s Day! It is the biggest blessing I’ve ever received in my life is to be a father and to had the opportunity to be son to my pops. I love you, dad! The is a production I am collaborating with VibezcollectiveHI at my clients, adventure park @coralcrater This is a community event for 21 and older only. Starts early at 5:45pm and the stage will be set in a crater that used to be under water 1000 years ago. Surrounded by trees and you can make a grand entry into the party on a zip line or simply walk down a 50 foot adventure tower into our Neon Jungle Carnival. Thank you again all my friends for your messages to Swasthi!!! We couldn’t be more proud of Swasthi! Can’t wait to see what she will do next! I shared my passion for accomplishing things I love, with her when she was very young. No matter what it is you love to do, it didn’t matter. If you loved it, you just did it. She’s taking that all the way with her in her life journey. So proud, just so proud, and also to see all the undergraduates and graduates celebrating so much after all of that hard work, my goodness that just felt so good for everybody and all the families that were in the Stan sheriff Arena celebrating! I didn’t have the privilege to graduate, ran out of money, lol but it was always a dream! Living that dream, watching my daughter fight for what she wants to achieve!
