We’ve been doing some thinking and we’ve decided that 2 hours is just not enough for happy hour….so starting today we are extending our happy hour to 3 HOURS! It's time for Round 3 of the 2026 Fresh Hop Rodeo! For this round, we had brewers up from California and Vancouver WA to make a round of punchy, end-of-season West Coast IPAs.

The Round 3 base features fresh, wet Tributary Farms Mosaic and Segal Ranches Tangier in the direction of our clean and modern West Coast IPAs. From there, each brewery got to finish their own beer, using only hops from the 2026 harvest. Here are your Round 3 competitors:

E.T. Cone Home • Rider: Shrine Brewing in SLO, CA
Shrine built upon the Round 3 base with a tessellation of Black Star Simcoe, Roy Farms Chinook, Perrault Farms Krush, and even more Segal Tangier.

Gigundo • Rider: Jake & Friends from Vancouver, WA
Jake & Friends took the Round 3 base and added a Gigundo dry hop of YCH Simcoe Cryo Fresh, Indie Farms Chinook, and even more Tributary Mosaic and Segal Tangier.

Pulling Levers • Rider: Everywhere Beer in Orange, CA
Everywhere put everything, all at once, in the Round 3 base - punching it up with Roy Chinook, Black Star Mosaic & Simcoe, and even more Tributary Mosaic.

Try Round 3 today at the Yakima Taproom and tomorrow at the Single Hill Commons in Ballard. Voting for Round 3 goes until Thursday, when we'll lock in the finalists for this year! by @shrinebrewing
