Fight your demons like a warrior, when i first started rafting, i thought about it like it is a task performed by professionals or by individuals who are trained,. But having this thought in my mind i still sat on the front side of the raft because i knew i am a born fighter so i fought with my fear and then started rafting and went against those waves, but universe made me realize that while having that fighting mindset still the universe is the best fighter therefore fight with those inner demons not with the universe....... taken in Tapovan, Rishikesh by @shubhamchaudhary_99

Family is the most pervasive and permanent institution of society
I know that there is someone whom I can always count on to help me feel better . In fact, I think that this is probably the most important thing that my family has taught me; a family is made up of people who you can trust and who you can count on

I cannot imagine living my life without my Parents by my side. My family is very important and valuable to me . Without my family, a large part of my life and culture would be missing
The family is also the first teacher of a child. The child learns about the most basic values and virtues in the family. Not only does a child begin his academic base in the family, but he also gets his moral education. The family is the first who teaches the concepts of respect, kindness, honesty, prosperity and integrity.

A family provides the provision of a home to children. The family guarantees a child’s safety. He knows that his parents are his primary caregivers and that his house is where he is the safest. The family is the nucleus of all social relationships. An individual learns the boundaries of different links in the family.
No family is perfect every family has flaws but accepting those flaws and moving forward is one of the most important thing a person can do

This New year is totally dedicated to these beautiful people and the hardships they have faced to get me where I am today

My basic work here at ilbs was to know the functioning of these beautiful and wonderful machines,the procedures to use those machines,how the samples are feeded in these machines,how to collect data from these machines,how to use this data to interpret important findings and have results,to compare these findings to each other to specify the disease ,to find the destruction caused by either the increase or decrease of a specific thing present in our body.
So these wonderful man made Marvels also played a very important role for providing me with information and knowledge
