6 YEARS OF SHUGA 🥳🎉🎉🎉 . Today marks 6 years since I opened the doors to Shugafoot. Six years of taking a dream, stepping out on faith , and creating something that was mine. . This journey has had some incredible highs and some very difficult lows. There were seasons when I was booked and busy, seasons when I questioned everything, and moments when I wasn’t sure if I had anything else to give. But somehow, I kept going. . To Every client who ever sat in my chair, to every person who referred someone, shared a post, purchased a gift certificate, became a member , prayed for me, encouraged me, financially blessed me, and simply believed in SHUGAFOOT — THANK YOU 🙏🏽 . I want to take this special day to thank a special person, My brand designer @designbyjrs Thank You for 6 years of the Best collaboration experience ever! You have been by my side this entire journey supporting Shugafoot in every single season. I couldn’t have asked for a better creative partner. Thank you You🫶🏽 . I want to thank everyone who helped a little home spa become six years of memories, relationships, lessons, laughter and love.💗 . Whatever the next chapter looks like, today I’m not focusing on what I wish I could had done differently. . Today, I’m CELEBRATING 🥳 what I DID! Six Years. I Did That🥂 Happy Anniversary , Shugafoot🩷 09.29.2020-09.29.2026 by @shugafootspa

As a solo Pedicurist I have Always strived to provide the best service to all my clients! I pride myself on 100% Guaranteed satisfaction my entire career. . Recently, I found out a client had been unhappy with her service and chose to leave quietly. I never got the chance to listen to hear, learn or fix it. . Dear Clients, If you are ever unhappy with a service I want you to know this: YOU CAN TELL ME 🙏🏽🫶🏽 You’re not “being difficult “ You’re not “starting drama” You’re not “hurtling my feelings “ You’re giving me a chance to serve you better. If something doesn’t feel right ~ the water 💦 is too hot , the pressure is too firm, you expected something different , or you leave not feeling satisfied ~ you can . * speak up during your appointment * text me or call ☎️ me later * send me a kind, honest message about your experience . I promise to: • Listen without getting defensive • Ask how I can make it right • Use your feedback to improve for you and every client after you. Grace goes Both Ways! I extended it to my clients, and I am grateful when my clients extended it back to me with honesty and compassion. Thank you to everyone for trusting me with your feet, your time, and your stories . I don’t take it lightly!! — Shuga💋👣 #GRACEGOESBOTHWAYS #SERVICEPROVIDERSHAVEFEELINGSTOO #FOOTCAREWITHAHEART #SAFESPACES #SHUGAFOOTPEDICURESPA #HOMEBASEDBUSINESS #BLACKOWENED #CLIENTFEEDBACKACCEPTED #BALTIMOREPEDICURIST #THEGOAT #DMV by @shugafootspa

Today marks 5 years since I opened the doors to my home pedicure spa business. What a journey it has been~ filled with excitement , challenges, growth and lessons I never expected. . The past couple of years have not been easy. Raising prices meant losing clients , and at times I felt discouraged and unsure of my path. But through it all, one thing has remained constant: MY LOVE FOR THE WORK I DO! And the Care I Provide, especially for those with special foot care needs. . I don’t know what the future holds, but I’m deeply grateful for Everyone who has supported me, trusted me, and allowed me to be apart of your self-care. You’ve been the heart ❤️ of this journey. . Here’s to 5 Years 🥳🎉🙌🏼 ~ the highs, the lows, and the courage to keep moving forward .✨ . 💬 If you have visited me over the years , I’d love to hear your FAVORITE memory or what you’ve enjoyed most about your service. A favorite quote, joke or Dose of Shua*ish. Maybe I introduced you to a new Artist. ✨ Drop it in the comments ✨ #5yearsanniversary❤️ #5yearsinbusiness #gratefulheart❤️ #smallbusinessjourney #pedicureswithlove #specializedfootcare #shuafootspa #shugabaddies #solemates #diabeticfriendly #dmv by @shugafootspa
