Only a few more days until we welcome you all into the studio for @ladesignweekend🧡

This Saturday, come watch @amandahummes create one of her signature pieces from raw clay into finished masterpiece over the course of the afternoon and enjoy browsing the shop while snacking and sipping.

Last year, the energy in the room built throughout the afternoon as people gathered around Amanda and watched the pieces emerge. There’s something you simply can’t capture in a finished photograph; you have to be there while it’s happening.

A look back on last year’s @ladesignweekend event with @amandahummes at @shuredesignstudio in Glassell Park!
We’re a little over a week out before we get to watch Amanda create another one-of-a-kind piece in real time again for #LADesignWeekend 😍

She’ll also be bringing lots of smaller wares for purchase this time, with one lucky attendee being able to score one for *free*🤍

There will be sips, snacks, and sales for Saturday only. Can’t wait to see you all again!

Mark your calendars ☑️
LA Design Week/end is back and I’m thrilled to be a host again!

We had such a blast last year with @amandahummes and watching her do her magic that we decided to do it again, with a twist.

This year, she’ll also have smaller pieces for sale that she’s created exclusively for @ladesignweekend with a chance for attendees to win one for free 🤍

Come for the whole time or just a bit and enjoy snacks, wine, and experience the creative process in real time.

10/3 from 11am to 4pm

Before + After Vibes ✨
This bathroom went from sad + boring to major + chic.

The layout stayed the same (we even kept the existing vanity cabinet and just refinished it), and instead focused on using only elevated materials for each and every surface to create this jewel box of a bathroom for our clients.

Sharing one of my all time favorite shots by @niels.enphoto 😍
Can’t decide if it’s because of the light fixtures, the ceiling, the swivel chairs, or my client’s cutest golden doodle perched perfectly on the sofa, but I love it so much! by @shuredesignstudio

I had the pleasure of helping a dear client get their home ready for Thanksgiving and I thought it would be fun to document and share some of the behind the scenes!

Come along with me while I decorate my first “Thanksgiving tree” and set the table for my client and their family to enjoy. 🤎

I hope you find it inspiring, cozy, and not at all cringey like I do when I hear my recorded voice!😂

Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃 by @shuredesignstudio

If you haven’t heard yet, the seminal restaurant @brokenspanishla by @chefraygarcia has returned as @brokenspanishcomedor in Culver City! ❤️
And yours truly was given the chance to revamp the storied A-Frame space alongside Chef Ray and his ridiculously talented team 🙌

This project has been an absolute dream come true for me and while the space isn’t quiiiiiite ready for her close-up just yet (we’re still adding more design details over the next few weeks, so stay tuned…) she’s already gorgeous and dreamy, and even more than that: she’s serving up the BEST food in LA!
