I made this video for my wife’s new business @nat.in.nederland, but I decided to share it with all of you to give you a small glimpse into our family’s new life in Amsterdam 🇳🇱 We love and miss all of our close friends and family in the U.S., so hopefully this video inspires some of you to visit (or relocate) to The Netherlands!

Yesterday was my son’s 5th birthday, so I decided to do a skateboarding presentation for his preschool class. Seeing 3, 4, and 5-year-old’s eyes light up when I was demonstrating the basics of skateboarding made my heart swell with joy.

When I was in the 1st grade, a few pro skaters did a vert demo at a school assembly, which was the first time I got to see skateboarding in person. Needless to say, it blew my little kid brain!

Hopefully some of these kids will pick up a skateboard in the future because of what they saw yesterday, but at the very least, I was honored to get to share my lifelong passion with my son and all of his friends❤️🛹 taken in Long Beach, California by @shusterman
