Smoke in the air behind me is from the burning funeral pyres of Manikarnika ghat. Every minute there’s someone getting cremated at this ghat. It’s the most auspicious place for Hindus to be cremated.✨ This city holds a great significance in the history of Bharat, its culture and religious practises. Travel where time slows down and life feels alive🤩This Ooty escape was nothing short of magical. The weather was just perfect, a much-needed breather from Bengaluru’s scorching summer.We hopped on the iconic toy train from Lovedale to Udagamandalam; a short 20-minute ride, but every second felt special. The last slide is pure bliss 🦮🫠 this is my first time ever so close with a pet🦮🦮 and I can’t describe this feeling.. it’s insanely amazing. 📍 Shnongpdeng suspension bridge, Dawki, Meghalaya ❤️❤️Some journeys end, but some places never leave you.Meghalaya is one such place for me🤩Meghalaya is my most favourite place so far in the places that I’ve visited..
