Some memories don’t need a photograph… you can wear them. 🇮🇳✨

I fell in love with this India in Stamps tee from @dhagastory_ the moment I saw it. The vintage-inspired stamps — the train, lotus, tiger and beautiful Indian artwork — feel like little pieces of home, all brought together in one story.

There’s something so special about carrying a little bit of where you come from, especially when you’re living miles away from it.

Thank you, @dhagastory_ , for creating something that feels nostalgic, meaningful and beautifully desi. A little reminder that no matter where life takes us, some threads always connect us back home.

Life lately… 🤍

Choosing slower mornings over constantly being on the go.
Making date nights happen because apparently marriage needs a calendar invite too😂
Lifting weights because strong is the new goal.
Eating better without making food my enemy.
Taking skincare seriously because I’ve earned this face.
Drinking my water like it’s a personality trait.
And spending as much time as possible with my favorite four-legged therapist.

Nothing particularly dramatic.
Just quietly becoming more intentional about where my time, energy and attention go.

Turns out, growing older isn’t about doing more. It’s about caring less about what doesn’t matter… and a whole lot more about what does.

Dry, frizzy hair & sleep creases? Maybe your hair & face need a little beauty sleep too.

I’ve been using a silk bonnet + silk pillowcase at night to help minimize friction while I sleep. It’s a simple way to
•help keep hair smoother
•reduce tangles
•you wake up with less morning frizz.

Using silk pillowcases
•Help skin retain moisture
•Minimize sleep creases
•They are Hypoallergenic & gentle for sensitive skin.

Because honestly… if I can do something while I sleep that makes my hair look better in the morning, & helps my skin, I’m in!

Also, always use 100% mulberry silk products and please avoid synthetic fabrics like polyester.
