J O H N 🕊️Words could never describe the hurt and numbness of losing you. You are sooo loved. The sweetest soul, the life of party (in front and behind the decks), lit up every space you stepped into. Just so genuine. I am heartbroken.To know John, is to know community, passion, good vibes and true friendship.No matter where we were, we always somehow found each other. Events.Parties.Festivals. Fetes half way across the world in Trinidad - you were there, drinks and conversation flowing and we’d have the best time!Even when I would get onto for not telling me you were at the Emirates until the umteenth hour, we would always debrief the match. Our first time spending time together was watching our beloved Arsenal vs. Manchester Utd at the pub in Finsbury Park. When we won you was up with the hooligans jumping around the pub telling me to join in (I wish I did) and then we made our way to the stadium to celebrate with the fans, my sis and Dad. The start of such a beautiful friendship.The times you would text me to say you were in my office building and I would sneak away from my desk just to go for a walk and catch up with you. These are the moments I’ll cherish forever.I am in denial that you are no longer here. Life won’t be the same without you.I will miss your cheeky beautiful smile, your hugs, our dances. This doesn’t feel real.You said FOR SURE we’d see each other again.. Then 2 days later you’re gone forever. But I truly believe we will see each other again, maybe not in this lifetime but in another.I’m sorry you were in pain. Heaven has truly gained an angel.
