Congratulations to Acadiana’s Finest Honoree, Shyra Moran! 🌟 We’re proud to recognize Shyra Moran, a native of Geismar, LA, and a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, as one of Acadiana’s Finest! Shyra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a certified Credit Union Development Educator, reflecting her strong commitment to the credit union philosophy of “people helping people.” Her personal mission is to serve with purpose, lead with compassion, and empower others to rise into their God-given potential. As an Acadiana’s Finest honoree, Shyra is eager to build meaningful connections with fellow purpose-driven leaders and use her platform to amplify important causes—especially in the fight against cystic fibrosis, a cause close to her heart. Shyra is the daughter of the late Elgric and Catherine Moran, and sister to Shemeka Moran. She continues to serve her community as a member of the Junior League of Lafayette and as a board member of CASA of SOLA. 💙 “It’s no secret — I’ve been a FINER WOMAN since 1920! This year, I’m beyond excited to be named one of Acadiana’s Finest alongside 12 incredible professionals. Here’s to serving with heart and making a difference together!” 💜 ➡️ Support Shyra’s fundraising efforts for the @cf_foundation by visiting the link in bio! #AcadianasFinest #PurposeDriven #CommunityLeadership #CysticFibrosisAwareness #PeopleHelpingPeople #FinerWomanhood by @shylemo

There are moments when I can almost feel Heaven smiling with me. I choose joy not because life is perfect, but because God has been faithful through it all. And I know those I love are cheering me on every step of the way. 💜 #OpenHeaven by @shylemo
One of my favorite moments from my first @aacucctc Conference! I had the opportunity to hear the amazing ms_ivy_b and walk away with so many gems, especially her reminder to ask, “What’s your RE?” Sometimes frustration is simply an invitation to take a second look: REflect. REset. REconnect. REconsider. REbuild. And then, as if the conference wasn’t already full of divine connections, I connected with a new mentor… and her name… Louisiana! 🤗😜 I’m grateful for the wisdom, the connections, and the relationships that come from simply being in the room! by @shylemo
