Floating Dry Red🍸

I started with an ice block frozen with fresh raspberries, then added OKUSHAL Raspberry & Naartjie Cordial and topped it with raspberry-flavoured sparkling water.

For the final touch, I slowly floated dry red wine over the back of a spoon to create that beautiful layered finish.

It’s very low in alcohol, so it’s perfect if you want something light and refreshing. But if you’re like me and enjoy a little buzz in your drink, just add a little more dry red.
