I wish I could go through all my messages over the past decade and show you how much help and advice people need. This life can be extremely hard with so many emotions to navigate! Thank you for trusting me with sensitive information and opening up when you’ve felt uncomfortable to do so. Turning my own pain into purpose is something I’ll be forever grateful for 💫 taken in United Kingdom by @sianlord_

Early on in my recovery I couldn’t even think about social settings, especially when it came to exercising! Fast forward 13 years later & i’m more social than I ever could imagine! But you really do have to take a leap of faith & I promise you everything will change for the better. Always remember…. You’re worthy • You’re Loved • You’re deserving 💫💫💫 taken in Leicester, United Kingdom by @sianlord_

I didn’t wake up one day and think, today is the I’m not going to care what people think of my outfit with my leg on show. I built this month by month, there’s no quick fix to feeling confident you just have to start. Confidence will always be in the action 🙌🏽💫 - - - Body confidence • Body acceptance • by @sianlord_

Such a big lesson but one I needed to learn quickly! So grateful I accepted myself for exactly who I became at 24 years old. Body acceptance and confidence can be hard to go through especially as a women! But I knew if I could just get through the hardest part which was people staring at me all would be fine. I guess I was right 😉 taken in Leicester, United Kingdom by @sianlord_
