The truth is.. not all connections are meant to last forever. People come, people go. Some people come into our lives and quickly fade away.

They teach us something valuable, challenge our perspectives, and then move on to make room for someone or something new.

But you know what? It’s all part of the magic of life. The comings and goings of people shape us, challenge us, and help us grow.

Life is a series of hellos and goodbyes. Don’t hold on to people who have let go of you. Let go of them.

Don’t be afraid of losing people. Be afraid of losing yourself by trying to please everyone around you.

“People don’t abandon people they love. They abandon the people they were using.”

Some stays as followers for following your life, to see how’s your life going and gossiping.

What I’ve learned was a distrustful of a human’s words. They say whatever they want to made us stays and they can’t keep their words because they wanted to leave.

In facts, I’m not being negative but I’m protecting myself so thankyou for every lessons that come into my life.

Day by day, I'm training my heart to accept disappointment even from people I love :)

เหนื่อยมั้ย?

ลองอนุญาตให้ตัวเองรู้สึก อ่อนแอบ้างไม่เป็นไรหรอก
โอบกอดตัวเอง แล้วบอกว่า "เธอเก่งมากๆนะ ขอบคุณที่พยายามมาตลอด เราอยู่ตรงนี้นะ เราเห็นเธอนะคนเก่ง"
เธอเหนื่อยมามากแล้ว อนุญาตให้ตัวเองพักบ้างนะ
.
ลองใช้ชีวิตแบบง่ายๆ อยู่กับปัจจุบัน ไม่มองใคร ไม่อิจฉาใคร
ค่อยๆเติบโตอย่างใจเย็น เหนื่อยก็พัก แล้วค่อยลุกขึ้นมาใหม่
.
ถึงวันนี้จะแย่ แต่ก็ไม่ได้แปลว่ามันจะแย่ไปตลอดนะ :)
ลองยิ้มกับสิ่งเล็กๆ และก็ไม่เอาสิ่งเล็กๆมาคิด ปล่อยผ่านไปบ้าง

พักผ่อน วางมือถือลง มองธรรมชาติ มองดาว มองท้องฟ้า
แล้วเธอจะได้อยู่กับความสงบมากขึ้น แล้วทุกๆอย่างจะดีขึ้นเอง

ผ่านมาครึ่งปีแล้วสำหรับปี2024 ขอบคุณมากๆ
ขอบคุณทุกโอกาสที่เข้ามาให้เราไขว่ขว้า ให้พิสูจน์ตัวเอง และได้รู้จักคนมากมาย
.
มีหลายคนที่เข้ามาใหม่ และหลายๆคนที่หายไปอย่างชัดเจน
.
เรายังเป็นเราคนเดิมนะ สำหรับคนที่มองว่าเราเปลี่ยนไปแต่เราพัฒนาแล้ว เราเรียนรู้ที่จะปล่อยวาง หรือบางทีไม่จำเป็นต้องตอบโต้ หรือทน หรือพูดตรงๆ นวมถึงอธิบายในสิ่งที่เราถูกกระทำให้ผู้กระทำรับฟังว่ามันเหมาะควรและจะส่งผลกระทบกันคนอื่นแค่ไหน
.
．
มีคนบอกว่าเราเป็นคนดี เราจิตใจบริสุทธิ์มาก เราก็คนนะ คิดร้ายก็มีบ้าง แค่จะทำไมทำไม เราแค่คิดเยอะน่ะ แล้วก็พยายามเข้าใจคนอื่นมั้ง จนบางทีหรือหลายๆครั้งเราก็มองข้ามความรู้สึกตัวเองไปเยอะ จนไม่สามารถรับรู้ได้ว่าตัวเองรู้สึกอะไรด้วยซ้ำ 😅

ขอบคุณคนที่เฝ้าดูการเติบโตของเรา ขอบคุณคนที่นำวิธีเราไปปรับใช้และเห็นค่ามัน คิดได้แล้วมาขอบคุณเรา ชื่นชมเรา แต่นั่นไม่ใช่เราหรอก คุณขอบคุณตัวเองเถอะที่เติบโตมาได้ขนาดนี้ ที่เข้าใจการเป็นอยู่ และเก่งมากๆที่ผ่านทุกอย่างแล้วกลับมายิ้มได้อีกครั้ง🙃

สำหรับคนที่หายไป เราขอบคุณทุกๆอย่างที่ผ่านมาช่วงเวลาต่างๆ ถึงมันจะน่าเสียใจช่วงเวลาที่เราผ่านกันมา อุปสรรคต่างๆ แต่เราเคารพการตัดสินใจ ทุกความคิด ของทุกคน ทุกอย่างมีเวลา มีเหตุผลของมัน…

ส่วนคนใหม่ๆที่เข้ามาในชีวิต ก็ขอบคุณมากๆ ทำให้เราเจอคนดีดี ใหม่ๆ
ขอบคุณสำหรับทุกการเป็นห่วงและความจริงใจที่มอบให้กันคับ

ปล. เราไปแล้วนะ เสียใจที่ไม่ได้ไปต่อ แต่ก็ขอบคุณที่ได้เจอกันและยังเป็นความทรงจำดี ถึงจะเป็นเวลาสั้นๆแต่มันสนุกมาก ขอโทษที่ไม่ได้อยู่รอต่อ ขอโทษที่ต้องไป แต่ไม่เป็นไรหรอกนะ ผู้คนมากมายรอที่จะโอบกอดเธอ สดใสแบบนี้ต่อไปนะ เราเกิดมาเพื่อเรียนรู้และเติบโต อ่อนแอบ้าง ท้อแท้บ้าง ล้มบ้าง ไม่ผิดหรอก แล้วเธอจะก้าวเดินต่อไปอย่างเข้มแข็ง เราเชื่อว่าเธอทำได้ คนเก่งของเรา ขอให้เธอปลอดภัยและเจอคนที่พร้อมจะโอบกอดเธอ ไม่ว่าเธอจะอยู่ในอ้อมกอดใครก็ตาม :)
