Congratulations to the Seoul International Choreography Festival 2026 on a wonderful opening night!

The Embassy of Finland in Seoul was pleased to join the occasion, held on 28 October at Arko Arts Theater, with Ambassador Jyri Järviaho offering congratulatory remarks at the opening ceremony.

This year celebrates two major milestones: 35 years of SICF and 30 years of the Tero Saarinen Company, one of Finland’s leading contemporary dance companies. Thus it was truly inspiring to have the opening evening conclude with a performance by Tero Saarinen himself.

The festival runs until 1 November. by @sicfestival
