When I say this community and workouts saved my mental health being postpartum, I don’t take it out of context.

Postpartum mommas, you get it.
It’s so hard.
And doing it a second time I thought it would be easier, but it was honestly the complete opposite.

I’ve been doing these workouts off & on for 2 years but I really dove deep into the community almost 2 months ago. I’ve met some INCREDIBLE people at the Memorial Stair-climb on 9/11 and I think of them all the time. If I never would have went I wouldn’t be where I’m at right now.

These people get it.
It’s bigger than the workouts.
It’s bigger than fitness.

I owe it all to @lexijwellness ,her team, and this community.

Just show up.

When the toys are scattered everywhere.
When the kids are needy.
When laundry is piling up on the couch.
When everything seems a bit more chaotic than yesterday.

Just show up.

It doesn’t have to be perfect.
Your house doesn’t have to look aesthetically pleasing.
You don’t need all the fancy gym equipment.

Grab a set of dumbbells.
Push the pile of toys aside and press play.
28 minutes is all you need.

Because when you show up for YOU, you’re able to handle the life around you a little bit easier.🫶🏻

These days, we take what we can get. Even if it’s a “hi” & “bye” bringing him lunch. Or a quick ride until Colbie gets antsy.

Cora’s Four Ever A Princess 👑✨🎀🌸🦄💞🏰

The most beautiful princess I ever did see. We celebrated our girl all day yesterday and had her grandparents & great grandparents join us. Still in denial that she’s 4 🥹

I had so much fun making her day so special. Crowns were requested for the party and we delivered. (Cora decorated each crown and everyone got to wear one)

July highlights ✨
•most of the month was spent at the lake house 🌊🚤
•LJW workouts & movement
•county fair 🎟️
•fourth of July fun 🎆
•lots of outdoor fun for Cora 🩷
•another treatment for Colbs @ Children’s

..and lots of chaos in between🫶🏻
I struggled a lot with still overcoming some sickness and figuring out answers—super frustrating time. But, did my best to still soak up these sweet summer memories regardless of how I felt.
