आन्तरिक शान्ति — प्रशान्त।
सुख-दुःख में समभाव — दोनों परिस्थितियों में विचलित न होना।
सर्दी-गर्मी में समभाव — शारीरिक द्वन्द्वों से मन को विचलित न होने देना।
मान-अपमान में समभाव — प्रशंसा और निन्दा से प्रभावित न होना।

#पांच तत्त्व के द्वारा ही सम्पूर्ण ब्रह्माण्ड बने ओर भगवान के विश्व रूप जिसको यूनिवर्सल form बोलते वो सर्वत्र विराजमान हैँ. इसको ही उपनीषद मे एक श्लोक के द्वारा प्रमाणित करते सर्वत्र पाणी पाद ताश्वतर उपनिषद् 3.16
मूल संस्कृत श्लोक:
सर्वतः पाणिपादं तत् सर्वतोऽक्षिशिरोमुखम्।
सर्वतः श्रुतिमल्लोके सर्वमावृत्य तिष्ठति॥ १६॥
स्रोत: अर्थ: परमात्मा के हाथ-पैर, नेत्र, सिर, मुख और कान सर्वत्र हैं। वे सम्पूर्ण जगत् को व्याप्त करके स्थित हैं।
इसी मंत्र को श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता 13.14 में भी उद्धृत किया गया है। by @siddhasadhana
