🔥 THE BIKERS BRISKET 💨
This isn’t your average burger… this is smoked, low-and-slow, melt-in-your-mouth brisket piled high with crunchy purple slaw, all packed into a soft, fresh bun. 🤤

And because we don’t believe in leaving hungry… it comes with a loaded smoked potato on the side!

🥩 SMOKED BRISKET
🥬 CRUNCHY HOMEMADE SLAW
🍔 SOFT FRESH BUN
🥔 SMOKED POTATO
🔥 LOW & SLOW. BIG FLAVOUR.

Whether you’re rolling in on two wheels or just chasing seriously good food — Bikers Brisket is calling.

GOOD FOOD. GOOD RIDES. by @sidestand_cafe

🔥😮‍💨

The details make the difference. Every element of this Sport Scout was carefully considered—from the hand-finished paintwork and thoughtfully selected colour palette to the custom flaked artwork, pinstriping, badging and final finishing touches. Nothing was overlooked.

Built by Big Chiefs Customs in collaboration with Indian Motorcycles Australia and Indian Motorcycles Springwood, this one-off project showcases what can be achieved when modern custom craftsmanship meets the rich heritage of Indian Motorcycles.

It’s a motorcycle that reveals something new every time you look at it. The closer you get, the more the craftsmanship speaks for itself.

This special edition is currently available at the Indian Dealership in Springwood. But keep in mind by the time you read this it could be gone as previous builds have sold quickly!
